Event Coordinator:
A dedicated event coordinator from Strandkombuis will be by your side every step of the way. From initial venue visits to coordinating with suppliers and addressing the finest details like setup, floor plans, and menus, your coordinator is here to make your event vision a reality.

Bar Services:
Our main Bedouin tent boasts a fully licensed, well-stocked bar, and a team of attentive staff ready to serve you. Prior to your event, we'll work with you to determine your bar preferences, ensuring it's stocked and operated exactly as you desire. If you prefer to bring your own wine or sparkling wine, we can accommodate it safely in our bar, with corkage fees applied.

Furniture and Equipment:
Our venue hire fee includes standard furniture and equipment. However, you're welcome to provide or rent your own furniture and equipment if you have specific preferences.

Live Music and Power Backup:
Strandkombuis is renowned for hosting live music events. You have the option to feature live bands and DJs in various areas of our venue. Rest assured, we have backup power on-site to ensure your event continues seamlessly, even during load shedding or power outages.

Payment Options:
For your convenience, we accept cash, credit card, debit card, and EFT payments. Here's a breakdown of our payment schedule:

To secure your event date, a 25% deposit is required.
Three months before your event, we'll request an additional 50% deposit along with your menu selections.
The remaining balance and final guest count are due 14 days before your event.
On the day following your event, you can settle any remaining bar account balances and overages.
Any applicable refunds will be calculated and processed after final payment.
