Our venue can accommodate up to 250 guests, either seated or standing. We offer a variety of spaces suitable for different types of events, including our indoor Sandpiper venue, scenic Dune, Outlook, and the Main Tent for larger gatherings.
Can we host multiple sessions or events in a single day at your venue?
Absolutely! Our venue is equipped to handle multiple concurrent sessions, such as workshops, keynote speeches, or networking events, in various spaces.
Do you offer catering services for corporate events?
Yes, we provide full-service catering with options tailored to your event needs, including menu customization and dietary accommodations.
Can we bring our own decorations and choose our vendors?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own decor and select vendors to personalize your event. Our team will collaborate with you and your vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
Is there on-site accommodation for event attendees?
Yes, we offer 27 rooms that can accommodate up to 65 guests, making it convenient for attendees to stay on-site.
Is parking available for event attendees?
Yes, we have ample parking space available for your guests.
Can we schedule a site visit to see the venue in person?

Do you provide assistance with permits for large public events?
Yes, we handle all necessary permits for large events, ensuring a hassle-free preparation and execution for you.
What are the optimal times of the year to organise corporate events at your venue?
All seasons have their unique appeal, with the coastal environment offering different experiences throughout the year. We recommend booking from September to April for the best weather conditions. Please note our venue is closed from mid-May until the end of August each year.
What arrangements are in place for unexpected weather changes during an event?
We have contingency plans with alternative indoor spaces to ensure your event proceeds smoothly, regardless of weather conditions.
Is the venue pet-friendly for day events?
Pets are welcome in outdoor areas during the day. However, we have designated pet-friendly accommodations should they be required.
Can we supply our own beverages for corporate events?
While our bar is fully stocked, you are welcome to bring your own wine and champagne. Please note that a corkage fee applies, and other beverages are available for purchase from the bar.
How is the venue affected by load shedding?
Our venue is equipped with a generator to ensure continuity during load shedding. Key areas such as the Sandpiper, reception spaces, and the restaurant will have power, but please note that individual rooms may not have electricity. We provide candles and matches in each room for convenience.
