...and if your dream day doesn't neatly fit into anything in the list above, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Our chapel is an open-sided Bedouin tent, perched high up on the dune, with 360 views of the ocean, the beach, the salt pan, and the nature reserve. A few steps from the beach, under the Main Bedouin Tent, our open-air restaurant seats 140, with a fully-licensed bar, a dance floor, and a stage for live music.

Our restaurant is most famous for its Seafood Buffet - the best calamari on the West Coast - and for an eclectic menu of wood-fired, gourmet pizzas. Our braai pits, bordered by shady pergolas, are also popular with guests… relax, drink, and dine al fresco with the sound of the ocean.

Our bed and breakfast sleeps 65 people in 27 rooms, each with its own, private en-suite bathroom. The decor throughout is classic West Coast; whitewashed walls with reclaimed wood.

Strandkombuis borders a nature and marine reserve. The unspoiled environment is home to a rich ecosystem of flora and fauna. In spring and summer, you are likely to be joined by whales and dolphins in the bay; and in winter, a flamboyance of flamingos on the salt pan that runs the length of the property.

Whatever you have in mind for your dream day - including a bespoke package - our in-house wedding coordinators will work with you to design every perfect detail.

Now that you have made one wonderful decision; it's time to make another. Memories are made at Strandkombuis. We can't wait to meet you... 🥂
