Confirmation & Payment
When we receive your booking form, we will send you a booking confirmation and invoice with payment details and instructions.
Within 14 days of receiving the invoice, payment of a 50% deposit will secure your booking with us. We will collect the balance (50%) from you 7 days before your stay with us.
Please note that the availability of our rooms changes on a daily basis. We regret that we cannot hold your room(s) for you without your deposit.
Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled date of arrival - or ‘no shows’ - will result in full forfeiture of your deposit.
Terms & Conditions
While every care has been taken by Strandkombuis to ensure the safety of guests, visitors and their possessions while enjoying our accommodation, it is an express condition of your occupation of or visit to these premises that neither Strandkombuis nor its employees shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered to the person or property of any guest or visitor on the premises arising from, whatsoever nature, except if the aforementioned loss , damage or injury is attributable to circumstances within Strandkombuis’ or its employees’ reasonable control. All guests, or visitors, whether or not they occupy rooms are deemed to contract with the Proprietor on this basis.
Should Strandkombuis suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by guests or visitors of a guest, the guest will remain liable for the full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.
Strandkombuis at all times reserves the right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights. Should Strandkombuis at any time need to exercise this right, no reimbursements or refunds will be made in this regard.
